On a beautiful spot by the Soca river, we will bring our attention inwards to explore aspects of our mind and body, release tensions and dive deep into the present moment with the help of ceremonial cacao.

What is ceremonial cacao?
Our cacao is ethically sourced single origin cacao from Ashaninka indigenous communities in Peru. This pure cacao is unroasted and minimally processed to retain its medicinal qualities. Ceremonial cacao is a great source of serotonin, dopamine, anandamide and phenylethylamine (PEA), four well-studied neurotransmitters, which are associated with feelings of well being and happiness. Cacao is also a superfood for the body containing antioxidants and magnesium. 

Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves, our own intuition and inner guidance.
